This program is a 4 week program in which you are required to listen to hypnosis recordings and complete tasks on a daily basis.
The program includes:
-A Hypnotic Recording to listen to every afternoon in preparation for a good nights sleep
-2x Weekly Hypnotic Recordings to be listened to in alternate weeks when going to bed
-Participant guide packed with information about sleep and ways you can achieve a better, more restful sleep
-Tasks to help you reaffirm the transformation you are making to your subconscious mind during the hypnosis program.
